What is included in the price?

All basic costs including FREE delivery, all basic artwork costs, all basic printing costs (one colour / one position), all printing set-up costs and GST are included in the quoted price.

Can I get samples of products?

If you would like to request a sample, email us and we will advise you of the product and delivery charges.

Samples are either undecorated or printed with a random design.

Do you guarantee I’ll like my products?

Yes.  We guarantee you will be satisified with our products. By following our step-by-step procedures with your artwork and products, and gaining approvals from you along the way, we are sure that you will be satisfied with your products in the end.

Can I get other products that aren’t on the Promo 2U website?
Yes.  We can source other products for you.  Just email us to let us know what you are looking for.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account will make your shopping experience easy.  You will be able to create wishlists, keep track of your previous orders, and avoid having to re-enter information each time you shop.  Why not create an account now?

What will you do with my account details?

We will NOT use your account details to send you unsolicited emails.

We will NOT sell or disclose your account details to third parties.

We WILL use your account details to give you one introductory phone call.  We like to personally introduce ourselves and offer our assistance for any of your requirements.  We will NOT hard sell you.

How do I create an account?

Simple.  Just follow our easy instructions here, or click on “create an account” at the top of any page.

What methods can I use to order products?

You can create an account and order online, email us your order or fax us your order on (07) 5564 7155.  We cannot accept verbal orders.

How can I pay for my order?

Mastercard and visa are accepted for all orders.  Regular clients may establish 30 day accounts and make payments using cheques or direct deposit.  All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and payments must be made in Australian dollars.

Once I’ve paid for my products are they mine?

Yes.  Ownership of products is transferred to you when Promo 2U has received full payment into our account or your cheque has cleared.

How do I know my credit card and account information are secure online?

Promo 2U is a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant merchant.  PCI compliance is a set of security standards created by the major credit card companies to protect their customers from identity theft and security breaches.  Under PCI Data Security Standards we can assure you that your credit card data, account information and transaction information are safe.

Do I receive a proof of purchase when I buy online?

Yes.  Simply print a tax invoice from the “My Account” page after your transaction is complete.

What if I want to order a different quantity?

The quantities and related prices listed for each product are standard.  We are often able to arrange different quantities to meet your specific needs.  Just call us toll free on 1300 557 800 or email us with your request.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes.  However, cancellation fees may apply.  The fees will vary depending on what stage the order has progressed to upon notice of cancellation.  Full payment will be required if the products have already been decorated.
